A great facilitator becomes part of your team—showing up in your work, week after week, growing alongside your programs over time. Here's what that looks like in practice, through two organizations I currently work with.
I partner with the Institute for Humane Education (IHE) to offer professional learning for K12 educators and schools on Solutionary Teaching and Learning, including the award-winning Solutionary Framework that guides students from inquiry to action to make a positive impact on global issues that manifest in their local communities. IHE offers a Solutionary Micro-credential.
I partner with Compass Education to offer professional learning for educators of all kinds on systems thinking tools to educate and act for sustainability. The Compass Education Toolkit includes versatile, transferable systems thinking tools, including the award-winning Sustainability Compass. Compass Education offers school consulting, certification training for teachers, and student support.
