Over 1 to 3 weeks, we work through the early, high-leverage stages of the S.U.S.T.A.I.N. model — mapping your systems context, defining your goals, and sketching the shape of the learning experience — so you leave with a clear roadmap instead of a fragmented idea. It's individual coaching, a small-team workshop, or a whole-team session, scaled to how deep you want to go.

One-on-one coaching for individuals working through the S.U.S.T.A.I.N. model on their own project — whether that means walking the full framework start to finish, or checking in for follow-up support as you put it into practice. For teams who want to build shared language together, this is an immersive, in-person or virtual way in — 1 to 3 sessions that leave your team with tools, confidence, and a common vocabulary for systems-based learning design, plus templates and recordings to keep using afterward.
